We utilize a card for meals only and there is a minimal charge per card. The cards are not returned.

Subject: [ACCED-I] Question about Access Card Fees

Hello Everyone,

If your college/university utilizes access/meal cards for your camps and conferences (to gain entrance into residence halls and swiped for cafeteria meals) do you bill per participant for the cards, charge a flat fee, or don't charge for the card? Also, do you require the cards to be returned or can they be kept as a souvenir?

We currently bill each camp/conference participant and get complaints, especially from coaches that this fee is excessive.

Thanks in advance for responding.
